woke up will full energy to jog today,
with the determination to acheive abt 7km this weekend.
suddenly all turned into sitting at home, blogging now   -.-|||

T___________________________T
CHICKA-DEE
some species of our kind must have set fire somewhere resulting in a hazy morning, restrained me  from doing my jogging...
TT_________________________________TT

don't do any more deforestation please....

reason 1: i have senstive nose. lolz. can detect if the air is fresh/good/soso/bad efficiently. and thanks to the sensitive nose, i become picky and cannot stand for long hours in stuffy and suffocating place. I am a person who needs FRESH CLEAN air!

reason 2: my bro have asthma. k -lah, not only my bro -lah..
According to this website, the number of people diagnosed with asthma has reached approximately 300 million homosapiens worldwide. And this number increases by 50% every decade!!! Since i'm now the younger generation, imagine when i'm at my parents' age with kids around the year of 2040, there would be about 1000 million people diagnosed with asthma. My kids would have a higher chance to be in this group since my family have asthma background :S
And based on my prediction, experience, calculation and what-so-ever-logic, the number of diseases will outgrown the number of human population someday.
(sounds like a fortune teller/fengshui master pulak siap dengan calculation sekali  -.-||)
As you can see, global population growth is somehow increasing at a steady pattern as it can be balanced off with the number of death. but there are no death in diseases, only more and more mutations and new diseases forming. so... yeah, i am a big loser. but we cannot let diseases control our life. lolz..
Prevention is better than everything else!! NO to deforestation! :))

k, pasar pagi time. bye!

edit: i'm back from market! and guess what, I saw rainbow!!!! :) kler... not so gloomy dy.... lolz...was a bit harsh due to the fact that my jogging plan is distrupted. Ish! anyways, try my luck again this evening :) Stay healthy peeps!

people, read this blog if you have time.
http://sanctuaryofhope.blogspot.com/
with MJ's Heal The World playing in the background... so touching when reading the posts  T____T
klar, i'm a very soft-hearted person like what my parents always say. I get touched, pity, and concerned people very easily. (which sometimes proved a disadvantage for myself).  :S

a very inspirational post:

a dog, name Faith, with 2 legs and still surviving. Feeling ashamed, that us as human being, sometimes take things for granted and don't appreciate what we have.

*Chickadeeeeeee... the more i listened to Heal The World, the more sad i feel    T____________T  turned abit emo-ish dy

listen to this - Leona Lewis & Marley J Wills: Loving You

a superbly awesome rendition. Very Sweet. Personally, i like listening to this version than minnie ripertons' or jane zhangs'. With the collaboration of a female voice and a male voice, this song gives me a feeling that love is mutual and not one-sided while the other two are more one-sided. Nevertheless, all of them sang  beautifully with their own style.

Minnie Riperton - Loving You followed by Jane Zhangs'.
